Clients call the admissions line to speak to a representative. Our admissions team will ask a series of questions regarding substance use, mental health, and medical history. Once a client completes the pre-admission screening our medical provider will review it. If a client meets our criteria for treatment we will arrange local transportation if needed. When a client arrives they are met by our nursing team. Their condition is assessed to determine the level of care and immediate medical attention needed to ensure the safety of the client. Once a client has settled into their room and is medically stable they are taken on a tour of the facility. The clinical team then meets with the client to gain information and determine the appropriate treatment plan.
