Overview
Clinic & Center Description:Las Brisas houses and serves Latino adults who are living with chronic mental illness and have a history of chronic homelessness. Las Brisas has 10 one-bedroom, garden-style apartments with a common, central courtyard. Consejo also provides Las Brisas residents with psychiatric care, medication management, case management, individual and group therapy and vocational rehabilitation services.
Intake Process:Call (206) 461-4880 and ask for a screener who will then give orientation, ask qualifying questions and give the next step to be submitted into the system.
Requirements:To be admitted to Las Brisas clients must:
- Be enrolled in mental health services at Consejo Counseling
- Meet compliance with treatment (mental health, Substance Use Treatment, Psychiatry, etc.)
- Able to live independently
- Live alone (only one person per unit).
