OverviewClinic & Center Description:
We treat most major mental illnesses including: Depression; Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Psychosis, Suicidal Ideation, Drug Addiction.
EMERGENCY MENTAL HEALTH
We provide emergency mental health services for adults ages 18+, including those who are experiencing a mental health or addiction crisis, such as risk of harm to self or others, significant emotional or behavioral changes, or impending or active withdrawal symptoms. The process of intake is check-in, take your vital signs to make sure there’s no immediate medical issues, receive an assessment from license staff, and then develop a treatment plan which may include one of our programs.
INPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH
Your treatment plan will change as you build new skills and develop new coping mechanisms. If you also struggle with alcohol or drug addiction, your treatment plan may include a safe, medically assisted detox period that is closely monitored by medical staff. Specific talk therapies offered include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), along with mindfulness and relaxation training. Group therapy is offered throughout each day, and you’ll meet with your psychiatrist regularly. Family visitation is available every day. Some patients also enjoy the camaraderie of peer and community support groups that meet at our facility, like the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) or a spiritual group. At our mental health treatment facility, you’ll have a semi-private room with a bathroom. Outdoors, you can enjoy our beautiful, well-maintained grounds. Indoors, take advantage of our large community spaces, as well as activity and recreational areas, including a well-equipped fitness center. You’ll also enjoy three hot meals each day, prepared by chefs onsite and served in our cafeteria. Special dietary needs are easily accommodated. Following inpatient treatment, many of our patients transition to our outpatient programs. We may recommend our partial hospitalization program (PHP), which is a full day or evening program that includes therapy, medication management, and health education.
OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH
We provide partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. For people who need to maintain a work, home, or school schedule, our partial hospitalization program offers comprehensive outpatient services in a day or evening format. Typically, this program lasts two to four weeks and meets five to six days a week. You’ll participate in several sessions each day, including individual, group, and family therapy. You’ll also have opportunities to enjoy our beautiful grounds and take part in holistic activities like yoga, music, and art. Your treatment plan may include our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which meets three to five days a week for a minimum of nine hours per week. This program offers group and family therapy, skill development, and long-term recovery planning. Before you complete the program, we’ll make sure that any ongoing treatment you need is aligned with your aftercare provider.
Some of the discussion areas for outpatient mental health treatment include triggers and warning signs, self-identity and self-esteem, coping skills, relapse stages and prevention, and understanding emotions and moods.Intake Process:
