Crisis Line Description:Volunteers of America Care Crisis Response Services offers 24 hour emotional support by phone to people in crisis and/or considering suicide. Call to speak with a mental health professional who will assess the situation by phone, make appropriate referrals, or dispatch the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) for further assessment and support. We serve residents in Snohomish, Skagit, San Juan, Island, and Whatcom counties.
Intake:Our crisis services are 24 hours a day 365 days a year by phone and instant messaging. To access this service call the VOA Crisis Response Services (also known as the Care Crisis Line) at 1-800-584-3578.
