“Your growth is not the abandonment of others.”
I am California State Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who owns a private practice dedicated to helping you rebuild yourself one session at a time. Working together, you and I will effectively address your unique personal and professional life challenges. I work with you to help you build on your strengths and attain personal and professional growth.
The way I approach therapy is very specific to the relationship I establish with the people I’m lucky enough to see.
I work hard to not only pay close attention to what you are telling me, but to what you don’t realize you are telling me. Then, I tell you. If it resonates with you, then I work at helping you to viscerally experience yourself as knowing exactly what you want out of life, knowing how to establish yourself as successful in your live and knowing what standard you can expect others to achieve in being in relationship with you. I can help you establish and implement what you want to say with your life!
You’ve always known it, but because whatever happened to you in childhood or the messages you received or interpreted, you believe you don’t and then you may have questioned yourself….for years! Those insecurities breed more when you find “proof” of those beliefs in the actions or responses from others. And in how dissatisfied you may feel in your life.
Working with me, I don’t pretend to guarantee that you will feel better, but I absolutely promise that you will feel more! And when you feel more, there is great hope to feeling better.
I WANT TO BE THE LAST THERAPIST YOU SEE.

Extended Biography :
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC#101500) based in Los Angeles, California. With offices in Beverly Hills and Encino, California, I initially address presenting symptoms of trauma then target the self-sabotaging behaviors & unconscious motivations most people have ignored, suppressed or denied.
I emphasize support for males 18-25 with histories of rage, substance abuse and social anxieties. High profile artists, their children & executives working in the television and film industry have found relief in working with me.
I specialize in providing practical feedback to help highly accomplished professionals (including other clinicians) effectively address their often uniquely personal and professional life challenges. I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal and professional growth they are committed to accomplishing.
I have extensive experience in Program Direction, development and implementation for residential, hospital and forensic transitional living facilities.
As Clinical Director, I have established, implemented and maintained the overall mental health (dual diagnosed) programming in facilities where chronic problems of homelessness, substance abuse, social anxieties, clinical and situational depression, and unresolved rage were successfully treated.
I also facilitate on-going supportive group therapy where the problems of substance abuse, social anxieties, poor communication between couples and families and childhood traumas are processed.
