TEENS and YOUNG ADULTS are faced with big life decisions about career, future, and life often before they have a solid foundation of who they are. These significant life transitions can feel overwhelming and stressful, while this is typical it doesn’t make it easy. Often motivation feels just out of reach no matter how much you want the change to occur. In my work with young adults and their families my goal is to be a support in sorting out the next step, identifying attainable goals and finding clarity to moving forward.
With using a strength based approach individual assets are identified to develop personalized tools to cope in a natural way. Parents gain insight about developmental stages their teen is currently in, gaining the ability to connect and support the teen in the way that fits each individual child.
Not sure? Call anyway! I am happy to speak with you to determine the right fit. If you are a recent grad, preparing for college, or just trying to stay above water then I believe its never the wrong time to reach out. 424-272-1806. firstname.lastname@example.org
