Extended Biography :
I received a Masters in Community Counseling from Argosy University and Bachelors in Psychology from Emmanuel College. I am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of Georgia.
I have 14 years of direct experience helping all ages and their families rewrite their old mental scripts.
I believe we are socialized to keep our voices silent. We are often told to sit down and shut up. I am here to give you the space to use your voice. Speak out. Stand up. Live in your truth.
I will give you the tools to take a pause in the most chaotic and stressful parts of your life, so that you can slow down long enough to handle the emotions that get in the way of you feeling better. Imagine what it would feel like if you could break through fear and anxiety.Role In Relation to Clients/Patients:
I am here to help you feel seen, heard, understood, and supported in allowing you a space to be yourself! Your self expression is important to me.
