    Extended Biography :

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for working with diverse teens, young adults and adults struggling with disordered eating, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, dating issues, substance abuse, grief/loss and life transitions.
I offer affordable psychotherapy in my office in Culver City. I utilize a psychodynamic approach to understand underlying thoughts, feelings and experiences which influence our behaviors. I also integrate helpful tools from CBT and DBT perspectives. I aim to create a nonjudgmental space so that you feel safe exploring yourself.

    Role In Relation to Clients/Patients:

I believe what brings people to therapy is the feeling of being stuck in unhelpful patterns. These patterns can manifest in our relationship to ourselves, to food, to substances, and to people. I genuinely believe that all people are worthy and capable of having healthy relationships with themselves. My clients report the ability to identify and to challenge negative self-beliefs that get in their way as well as to create a new set of skills that enable them to reach their goals. My clients would describe me as warm, honest, helpful and funny.
