    Extended Biography :

Unfortunately, time doesn't heal all pain and our anxiety, anger, depression, and fear don't always go away on their own. We often feel lost when solutions cannot be found for the challenges we face and it is at this point that our challenges become obstacles that block us from fully living our lives. As a therapist, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, find purpose in your pain, alleviate your stress, and make more space for creativity, love, and happiness in your life.

My training and background is in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and I work with adolescents and adults on an individual basis. I am a PhD candidate at the Psychoanalytic Center of California (PCC) and I have specialty training and experience in the areas of personality disorders, trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and abuse.

    Role In Relation to Clients/Patients:

In my experience, every person is as unique as the stories, strengths, and challenges they carry inside. For this reason, my approach is suited to your specific goals and needs. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere so that we can create an open space for growth and change to occur.
