    Extended Biography :

After 17 years as a freelance fine artist, I understand the benefits and challenges associated with artistic gifts and I specialize in working with highly creative adults, adolescents, and couples. Although I work with many professionals in the fields of fine art and entertainment, I also recognize that living a creative life is not defined by one’s choice of career. Instead, it refers to a spark of vitality that lives within each of us, which is the source of inspiration and growth. My background in the arts informs my approach to therapy through a sense of play, curiosity, wonder, and aliveness.

    Role In Relation to Clients/Patients:

My theoretical orientation integrates relational psychodynamic practice with trauma-informed somatic psychology, gestalt, and dreamwork. I am dedicated to specializing in trauma and dissociation and I am trained in Laurel Parnell's Resource Tapping and CRM and TRM (Trauma Resiliency Model). I have SE supervision with Meredith Redding, LMFT (MFC81052), and I am also receiving specialized training in eating disorder and body image within her practice. I have advanced training and certifications for working with military service members and veterans.

I work with adults, adolescents, and couples.
