• About Me

Healing and growth require courage and creativity. You have both. Disruptions to life’s balance often leave a person feeling scared, confused and even hopeless. However, these disruptions can usher in transformation. We’ll work together to identify your personal goals, and draw upon your inherent strengths to build new capacities to meet ongoing opportunities and challenges.
My practice is grounded in a nature-based and somatically-oriented approach, as well as the mindfulness-based framework of Dialectical Behavioral Training. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing difficulty in life-transitions, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and relationship troubles.
In my nature-based practice, I meet with clients in local parks on Orcas Island. We’ll work toward the goals that you bring to session, and allow our natural environment to shape this exploration. Depending on your needs, we will also meet in an office space in Eastsound.
