OVERVIEW
Private Practice Description:“Getting on with things” isn’t healing. It’s just getting on with things. Grieving is a necessary process when it comes to loss. Death, divorce, separation and deployment are losses that have a major impact in a child’s life. I specialize in grief and loss counseling for children/adolescents. A loss for a child changes their life trajectory. In treatment, the goal is to assist your child in the integration of the loss, to adjust to it and to be able to engage in healthy relationships in the future.
