As a professional counselor, my goal is to assist you to become empowered and gain full insight about yourself and your relationship with others. I provide a safe and trusting environment, maintaining a climate of warmth and respect. I recognize the need for confidentiality and am non-judgmental in my approach.
I specialize in various trauma work (PTSD, childhood abuse, rape, combat, etc.), all types of addictions, and conflict in relationships. I run various groups (i.e. Trauma, Relationship Enhancement, and Parenting Skills Groups).
I am also a Christian counselor. I understand the importance of my clients’ spiritual beliefs. I counsel pastors and their wives, periodically, who are human and go through struggles also.
