    Private Practice Description:

    ***I am now accepting new private pay clients with immediate availability!*** I specialize in supporting clients who have been significantly impacted by trauma. For some clients that means dealing with PTSD or depression, and for others it means sleepless nights. I am a cognitive-behavioral clinical psychologist and I believe in using evidence based treatments collaboratively with clients. I care deeply about providing culturally competent care and tailoring treatment to each individual. I want you to feel supported in the therapy process, making progress towards your goals, and getting closer to living your most meaningful life.

    I have extensive training in a variety of treatments, including but not limited to: Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression/Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia/Nightmares, Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation, and Motivational Interviewing.
