Cultivating meaningful and sustainable change is something that is possible for everyone. Change is often uncomfortable, though you may be in a place where that discomfort is outweighed by the pain of your current experience. If that is the case, we may be a good fit!

I have provided therapy for a range of ages and have worked in non-profit and private treatment centers, including as an advocate for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, intake therapist for an eating disorder facility, and trauma-focused therapist for a local organization. Prior to starting my private practice, I worked in higher levels of care as an individual and group therapist.

My approach to counseling is interactive and based around fostering a strong and supportive therapeutic alliance. I utilize a person-centered and strengths-based approach with a systemic lens. I am passionate about working alongside individuals in the recovery process and helping them cultivate meaningful change. I believe in the uniqueness and strengths of all individuals and prioritize tailoring treatment specific to client needs. Within this framework, I utilize cognitive and behavioral strategies to help my clients take active steps toward their goals.
